It sounds like we'll end up having given up a 2nd rounder for 0 sacks and 0 tackles. Ouch. I didn't like the idea of giving up a 2nd rounder for him when we pulled the trigger and I like it even less now with the benefit of hindsight. Spurrier looked great in the World Bowl game against SF and the first two preseason games. Our starters struggled in the fourth preseason game against Pit (?) and had to be saved by the backups. Again, I'm not freaking out, but things sound awful right now. Our O-line sounds like it's eating giant c--k. Our defense (which I'm worried about now that Grilliams is gone) is getting demolished. The defense is on pace to give up 400 rushing yards and nearly 60 points. In short, we sound pathetic. Yeah, they have like 190 rushing yards on us. D looks like it did in '06. Big plays all over the place. I just want Jason Taylor to be okay. Please. Gmanc711 08-23-2008, 08:59 PM He's definitely holding it too long. The offensive line isn't helping either. Let's be frank, it's a team effort to suck, no individual is responsible. I guess the only positive I can find from this game, isnt really a positve.... Its clear this team did not come to this game giving a shit at all. They are playing just about as bad of a game as is humanly possible by an NFL team...there is just no way they are this bad....now good teams dont come out with that "I dont give a shit" additude, so I'm not trying to defend this debacle...but theres just no way they can be this bad.... can they?
