"She passed this morning and our hearts and prayers go out to Joe and his family," Snyder said. "He will be leaving shortly here from Redskins Park to fly out to Arizona. We just want to wish them the best." Holly Bugel, the second of Bugel's three daughters, had been battling a rare, aggressive form of bone cancer. Mike Wise recently wrote about the Bugel family.
