You can not measure a Def-lineman's value by stats alone, especially at DT. Griffen is providing muscle up front on defense. Something we have not had since we lost Gardner. As long as our defense does well, I don't care what Griffens individual stats are like.

My exact sentiment. Tying up blockers doesnt show in the stats, which is what DT's are supposed to do in many sysdems
