Hey Guys,
I don't drink much at sporting events. Friend of mine told me he went to a Yankees game in NY and each beer was $12.50. Is that normal?

I'm thinking $6.00 - $8.00 for a domestic draft is reasonable enough at a sporting event. I usually set aside $100 bucks when I go to either a baseball or a football game at any professional venue. Once I get there I rarely consider the price of the item I'm purchasing if I feel that it's contributing to my overall game experience. I'm all about the utility factor.

I just went to a Yankees game a couple weeks ago and beers were either $8.50 or $9.50 depending on what you got. I don't know the answer you're looking for but I can't imagine it being higher than that.

It's why I always bring a flask. Gives the $6.00 beer an extra kick.

I believe it was $7 or $8 at FedEx last year for a beer. But I usually drink my fill before the game then let the game sober me out so I can drive home.
I wonder if that $12.50 beer was a larger than normal beer, or if it was a commemorative thing?
Don't know................too drunk to remember.............

I am fairly postive it is $8 for a draft beer. Last year I went to the Steelers preseason game with three of my buddies. I bought a round (4) for $32! Next week it was on our bank statement and my wife was like did you drive home drunk? You had a $32 bar bill at the game! She is use to seeing my happy hour bar bills of like eight or ten bucks. It was funny!
