Thanks for that link backrow.
I'm already impressed with Malcolm and I'm very happy to have him on our team. It's so refreshing to read something like this at a time when it seems like every other article is about a player getting arrested or whining for more money.
Not so fast, the negative nellies will tell you that doing charity work is part of the deal for NFL players.

Great to see a player so young so involved. Hope he has a long and great career here in DC.

You know you are probably right about that. His agent probably set up the whole thing because NFL Players are supposed to "get involved".
None the less, he is a young man in his early 20's who may or may not have ever been beyond the borders of the U.S. and I think regardless of how he got there, it is his priveledge to experience it.
Well let me just say it is one thing to do this type of work because it is expected of him. It is quite another that he embraces the opportunity, and, that says much about him.

I cannot believe I am replying to a Cowboy fan, but in all seriousness you summed it up quite nicely.

Good points.
While community service might be expected, no one says you have to travel across the world to a country that's trying to recover from a horrendous civil war.
Good for the Rook.
