So what your saying is you gave this guy your number Friday night and on Wednesday eve he still has not called you. Sorry, and to top it off, you did this thinking you where better looking than him. Funny how things work out. LOL

There's no hard and fast rule. If the girl is into him, she'll appreciate a call any time, whether it's 20 minutes or a week later. If she's not into him, she won't like the call at any time.
