This can't be true. If it is it's a sad sad day at Arrowhead stadium.

Excellent, I hope their next step is to ban yelling/screaming/being loud and institute a "golf clap" policy so we can all behave like civilized people.

That's funny because all you ever here is how Arrowhead is the closest thing in the NFL to a college atmosphere.

Banning standing completely is ridiculous, but if someone was standing during the whole game that would be super annoying. In all my experiences at NFL games the issue of people standing has never been a problem.

This sounds like one of those unenforced rules only to be used when faced with an extreme situation so they can fairly say "This is the rule".

That is what we got here. If there is no rule, they cant say anything to drunks who stand up the whole game when everyone else in the section is sitting down. Sometimes people do sit, and sometimes there are guys that don't have any manners or respect that have to be dealt with.

GoSkins -- If you want to sit down, watch the game at home. My job while Im there is to stand up and cheer for my defense. I'll stand up all game if the section is doing it, or Ill sit down for offense. Obviously there are exceptions to the rule, blocking the view of a child/handicapped/etc, I'll sit down without a word, but if you can stand and don't want to, stay home. Football is supposed to be fun for the fans.

You shouldnt be able to tattle taling via tex messages unless you can get a beer or nachos via text messaging too. I too wish standing while the defense was on the field was the norm.
Somthing ive allways like about Quest Field is:
In addition, the north end zone seating, called the "Hawks Nest", was specifically designed for rowdy fans; the seating consists of metal bleachers which reflect sound, and fans often stomp to create even more.
Qwest Field - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Qwest_Field)
Ive heard these seats are really cheap too, and since theyre bleachers i would think everyone stands the whole time. If we ever put a stadium back in DC I really hope Danny looks into this. IMO its the next best thing to having Home and Visitor seating. Maybe our section could be called Wigwam or Tipi seating!
