I think Farve should take up this option. He'd be the first player to ever be paid not to play. That would be a stat I would like to have.

Who could say that they paid not to play football?



That's where you are wrong. He should not take up this option because it would be against what he played for. He didn't play for the money. He played for the love of the game. So he would be changing his mind about what he played for. Not a very good idea.

The Redskins don't need Fahrve...We've already got Brennan!
