Why is anyone going to get pissed off??
If it works out for them great. They are rolling the dice and there's little downside for them. Good for them. Frankly I don't care either way. To say he's a shutdown corner is overstating things a bit. He's a good return man and a good #2 corner. He's not an elite #1 type of corner though.Especially after not seeing a football throw at him in 500+ days.

It's kind of the same situation we're in with James, except Pacman had off-the-field stuff rather than on-the-field.

He was on his way to being a shut down corner. I agree that to call him that now or the last time he played would be overstating, but his game was improving before he got suspended & he's got the talent.
He's had no serious injuries to my knowledge & unless he's gotten really fat by not playing, he should be back in form by mid season. If so, He & Newman will be about as good as any cb duo I can think of.

That story about donating to the police dept., given his behavior it sounds almost like he was trying to buy some favors.
Lol read my last paragraph again, as I said "BEFORE he got into legal troubles, he donated to the police department." Are you trying to tell me that Pacman knew that he would get in trouble soon so he decided to buy some favors before he does something stupid?

According to who or what criteria?
Just for a point of reference Scouts Inc. has him graded as a 70, which puts him in the middle of the pack at his position.

I still think that having that much time go by and not practicing on an NFL roster is going to have an effect. I don't think you can just pop out of a couch, or strip club in this instance, and dominate the NFL ranks. This guy is going to have deficiencies that won't be overcome in just one year.
He's got a new defense to learn and will probably be filling a new positional role on defense. Maybe he holds his own this year, but I still don't think he'll dominate.
