Arnt you part of the Mix Cult, you have him as your #3 wr come opening day.
I must admit I am part of it too. The kid just knows how to finish plays, ask Zorn. j/k
Lol, yes I am the leader of the Mix cult. Actually no, that opening day roster was in no particular order, though I will admit starters came to mind first when I was going through the list of players in my mind. Also I wouldn't have even included Mix in that lineup if it wasn't for this article.
Which reminds me, please join the church of Anthony Mix. We wear back backs and knock on your door until you join. Plus in this group you can have multiple wives.

Let's Review, Shall We?
Here's Jim Zorn's pocket review of the day, from Jason Reid:
After opening minicamp with a good practice, the Redskins were not as impressive in the afternoon session, Zorn said.
"Very crisp this morning. Not as crisp this afternoon," he said. "What we did is, we put in a whole other load of plays. We stretched everybody again, especially on offense, mentally, because we put in new plays with new techniques and we didn't execute them as well.
"The defense again put in their defensive coverages and played much tougher. We kind of got it handed to us on offense, but I was very excited about what the defense did this afternoon."
It takes time to install a new offense, Zorn said.
"I would say be the end of this they [offensive players] will have learned 65-70 percent of what we are going to try to do," he said. "We haven't talked about the multiple personnel groups and formations, but maybe 65 percent of what is going to be going in."

Gotta love Zorn's enthusiasm already. I think he's going to bring a new level of energy to the team and they should feed off that.
I totally agree--both about actual football and Zorn's style. He's got great energy and enthusiasm, but he also is clearly intense and very detail oriented. I think he will be a great coach, though it wouldn't surprise me at all if it takes some time here. He's making a very big leap and he's got a compressed time fame, given when he was hired and when the pre-season and season start.
But there is a feeling of newness, of possibility here. And there's a fun sort of vibe with Zorn--this is something we need, after the pain and struggles of last year. A new era has begun, for good or ill.
