Does anyone know the status of Ohalete? There hasn't been much said and/or written about him and it seems like they've relegated him to special teams and treated him almost as an after thought. Could it be the old adage, 'no news is good news'.

He was burned a couple of times on Saturday, and many forum posters think he is going to be on the cut list soon with the insertion of S Shawn Taylor as a starter.

It has been said that he is in danger of being cut. His attitude and performance have been lacking. He has a 1 year, no bonus deal, so dropping him wouldn't effect the cap one iota.
his days are numbered, I think he'll be on the first cut list
it's official

"They had their wish," Ohalete said of team management, "but three years [here], two years starter. I mean, somebody has to do the math, so it's not me. All I can do is keep trying to continue on my career in the NFL."
Yup... attitude problem... two years as a starter doesn't guarantee you a roster spot. Bu-buy Iffy.

I was thinking the same thing when I read that. 3 years here, 2 as an average starter, what am I missing here, Iffy? To me the math adds up perfectly, he couldn't hold on to his job, that's life in the NFL.
I wish him all the best, he'll catch on somewhere very soon and continue to be an average safety.
