Gamespot's total Madden vs. ESPNilldefined 08-17-2004, 01:56 AM pretty comprehensive, category by category http://www.gamespot.com/features/6104789/index.html MTK 08-17-2004, 12:26 PM any chance you could cut and paste the article, it's blocked here at work. If it's too long don't worry about it, I'll check it out when I get home illdefined 08-17-2004, 12:46 PM its long and with video for each section. MTK 08-17-2004, 02:59 PM cool, no problem MTK 08-17-2004, 08:01 PM I guess I'm a nerd as those guys said, because the franchise stuff is really what makes the game for me. I might rent 2K5 at some point to give it a try. illdefined 08-17-2004, 08:13 PM yeah tons of people are into that numbers stuff, playing Dan Snyder. i can only play the real, unmodified 'Skins (and emulate their style of play/playbook), else i think i give'em bad luck. the Weekly Prep thing looks super detailed (would be cool to make Rock gain a couple steps etc.), but it all seems like a nightmare to me. Gamespot rated ESPN higher (.2) than Madden this year, dunno about last year. IGN always sticks with Madden. redrock-skins 08-17-2004, 11:48 PM I thought it was a fair review. In the long run, we are all gonna benefit from two good games. |
