RedskinMike 07-27-2013, 05:14 PM Sipping on a Pumking. It seems they are released earlier every year. BDBohnzie 07-29-2013, 01:10 PM Not a big fan of Fat Tire, but picked up a 6er of New Belgium Rolle Bolle Ale (http://www.newbelgium.com/beer/detail.aspx?id=c110c131-1db6-4eac-bfc0-4182b7cd918a) over the weekend. A decent summer beer. Good floral notes. Went down easy. ArtMonkDrillz 08-22-2013, 01:58 PM This is pretty cool: Iraq vets join ranks of Va's rising craft beer biz (http://news.yahoo.com/iraq-vets-join-ranks-vas-124914150.html) I'll definitely keep an eye out for it this fall. ArtMonkDrillz 08-23-2013, 10:33 PM I found my new pumpkin beer addiction for the fall: http://blogs.wickedlocal.com/beernut/files/2011/08/Harpoon-UFO-Pumpkin.preview.jpg MTK 08-24-2013, 11:23 AM It would be nice if they could wait until it's actually fall before releasing fall beers. Reminds me of being a kid and you'd start to see back to school commercials in July. Reminds me of being a kid and you'd start to see back to school commercials in July. yeah I had a hazy night several weeks back after having some friends over and going to a concert. I woke up in the morning and found in my fridge Sam Adams Oktoberfest. I was like its August 4th wtf? Giantone 08-24-2013, 04:01 PM It would be nice if they could wait until it's actually fall before releasing fall beers. Reminds me of being a kid and you'd start to see back to school commercials in July. Amen . BDBohnzie 08-26-2013, 10:00 AM Had 3 Fall beers over the last 2 weekends: New Belgium Brewing - Pumpkick (http://www.newbelgium.com/beer/detail.aspx?id=4a0076ef-aa43-44bb-a1ff-1a20d33245b6:): Not having been a big fan of Fat Tire, everything else I try from New Belgium I've enjoyed. This pumpkin beer is not your sweet, dessert tasting beer, but a spicier version. Quite tasty. Will probably get more of this before the stores run out. Victory Brewing - Festbier (http://www.victorybeer.com/beers/festbier/): Very good marzen. If you can't find the German Marzens, this is a very good substitute. Schlafly Pumpkin Ale (http://schlafly.com/beers/styles/pumpkin-ale/): Like drinking a bottle of pumpkin pie. This stuff is awesome. Highly recommended if you like the sweet dessert type of pumpkin beers. And at 8% ABV, several will knock you on your hindparts. MTK 08-27-2013, 09:24 AM Victory Brewing always puts out quality stuff. Love their Hop Devil. I still can't bring myself to pick up any pumpkin beers yet. firstdown 08-27-2013, 10:54 AM For all you beer drinkers.
