Yahoo! Email Issues on Internet Explorer

Is anyone else here with a Yahoo email account having issues accessing their account through IE today? I'm only having this issue with IE

Wont let me in at all

I can get in through IE. I just tried it for the first time today.

I might be a little late, but I am having no problems.

If you do log in, try rolling back to the older version (If you still can). I know several months ago, I had problems and as soon as I moved off their "beta" setup, I was fine.

Did you apply Microsoft patches in the last couple of days? We have found of them to be problematic with Yahoo! mail. Check your Add/Remove programs (and make sure the "show updates" box is checked) and look for the patch for KB948881. Uninstall the patch and hopefully that fixes your problem.

And to everyone else who hasn't installed Microsoft patches yet... don't install the patch for KB948881! At least not yet.

That's what I just did, opted out of the new version and logged back in through the old one. It works now. Strange though, it didn't work at home or the office with the new version. I haven't added any patches at home. Not sure if they did at work.

I started having problems after doing an update tuesday night,couldnt log in to ebay,my bank,or yahoo,after spending time trying to figure it out and uninstalling updates,it turned out to be somehow my computer date got changed to 2099,after changing it back to correct date everything started working again,so i dont know if the update messed with it somehow or somehow the date got changed accidentally

The latest MS patches seem to be causing some issues all over.

People are still using IE? :nono:
