Once you get down to your #3 you're typically screwed anyway. I'm still not sure I would want to risk going with only 2 QBs though.

I can see where he is comming from though because of ARE's college experience as a QB. Hopefully he would only have to hand the ball off.

To my knowledge, Denver is the only team that keeps 2 spots on the roster for QB.

I thought that Cowher did it in Pittsburgh as well. I am not sure that Tomlin still does it though.

How about Chris Simms when he is cut?

A quick check and they show 3 on their roster right now.

Falcons cut Joey Harrington, maybe he could be our 3rd stringer (I'm 85% kidding)

I agree with your 85%. He has played on nothing but shitty teams his whole career. While he's not a superstar, I wouldn't mind him one bit as a backup.

Apparently he's looking much healthier and really sharp in drills. Supposedly the Bucs tried trading him to the Vikings. Minnesota passed, but apparently they are still talking.

I saw 4 of them, regardless it is still more than 2.

Simms would be a good look and the Bucs have a QC carousel.

Now that we have the WCO, we need to look to teams that run that offense for a backup. If not, just draft a QB, but I'd rather wait til next year to do that
