After the hatchet job Bush's campaign did on McCain in 2000, do you think it stung to stand next to him and for the endorsement? Obviously he wants the endorsement, but it struck me as kind of funny.
Hey, they were opponents...that's what happens in elections.
Look at Clinton and Obama now and Hillary is actually beginning to suggest they team up and she's his VP if she loses! After the things she's doing and saying now? HA!! It would be entertaining though.
If Obama was stupid enough to make her the VP, he'd be found in a park dead by "suicide" before his first term is over.

No - that was a smear campaign. Hilary has done (and all politicians do) some stupid things, but nothing on that level.
What Bush did to McCain in the 2000 S. C. primary (http://www.bartcopnation.com/dc/dcboard.php?az=show_topic&forum=8&topic_id=522)

I know a lot of the older generation of Black folks think that way too.
I try not to. But I don't think she'd make him VP or he'd make her VP. I feel like there's way too much of a rift in the Democratic party right now. Obama supporters aren't going to vote for Hillary. Hillary supporters aren't gonna vote Obama.
I'm pretty tempted to skip the bullshit and just register as an Independent. Because as of right now, I wouldn't really mind voting for McCain (if worst came to worst). He's moderate enough for me.

Hey I'm a dem. So I don't agree with everything, but I'd rather slit my wrists and sit in a hot tub before I vote for Clinton. At least with McCain I'm not wasting a vote.

No I agree, domestically McCain is pretty moderate. I just not a big fan of his national security ideas, but I was just throwing that statement out there not attacking ya Rave.

I feel you. :) I think McCain has his best intentions for the US at hand, I just wish someone would talk him out of that 100 years in Iraq thing.
Otherwise I think he's an okay dude.
