Frerrote was in Detroit with Zorn wasn't he? Regardless I don't think we should make a push for him.

He has a better chance of eventually getting the job here if JC flops this season. skinsnut 02-28-2008, 01:10 PM I do not want to see Freotte back....bad memories. Lets move forward people Dirtbag59 02-28-2008, 01:50 PM I want Collins to come back. Zorn is going to keep part of Saunders system intact so for all of you "Todd Collins is a system QB" don't worry. I personally believe that with Zorns coaching and Collins style of play, that he'd be a good fit. Plus I like the fact that he has rapport with the recieivers. rypper11 02-28-2008, 09:05 PM In Gus we trust. But, seriously, I think he'd be willing to be the #3 and I like having a guy in that spot who is happy holding the clipboard. It's too early to start grooming a young qb in the #3 spot so why not a vet with no delusions of grandeur? That Guy 02-28-2008, 10:26 PM i'd be fine with gus. collins is probably a bit better, but if things don't work out, at least gus would be cheaper. Dirtyskin21 02-28-2008, 11:58 PM I just hope we wont have to rely on Gus Frerotte.. Alot of you people forgoet thhough, that Gus is a Pro Bowl QB.. hahaha he really is but its still funny Ruhskins 02-29-2008, 01:18 AM Redskins Insider (http://blog.washingtonpost.com/redskinsinsider/) Well, it seems that Todd Collins will be our only Free Agent signing. MTK 02-29-2008, 07:17 AM I think we can close this now since TC has re-signed. |
