Hijinx 02-21-2008, 01:09 AM The 49ers also got hit with loss of draft picks ( a 3rd and 5th) plus 1 mill in fines for breaking cap rules but it wasn't for the march 2 deadline. If I remember right it had something to deferred payment plans that didn't follow the rules. The NFL is supposed to approve all contracts so I don't know how exactly they slipped one though.
