He had the reputation as a fumbler. In one Game against the Redskins Dexter Manley offered him $50.00 to fumble, and guess what? He did. Sad to see him go, but this is Zorn's offense and a few of his guys are needed on the staff. Stump finished his career averaging 4.7 ypc. He was a great rec. out of the backfield too and I can remember a few games when he was with the Cards that he torched us. I would be surprised if Smith isn't a done deal tonight or tomorrow.
