Celts won. 98-90.
Good to know that they can beat an elite team without KG.
It wasn't even televised here.

Presser at 3pm Sunday to announce Zorn as SKINS new HC.jsarno 02-10-2008, 04:42 PM Celts won. 98-90. Good to know that they can beat an elite team without KG. Slingin Sammy 33 02-10-2008, 04:42 PM Love the attention to detail with the QB, hope he does call the plays jsarno 02-10-2008, 04:44 PM Good Campbell answer. Actually, GREAT Campbell answer. Be more specific, some of us aren't watching it (can't watch it). What was said? jsarno 02-10-2008, 04:45 PM Love the attention to detail with the QB, hope he does call the plays Well, he's definitely a better qb coach than he was an actual qb. That's a good sign for us. Slingin Sammy 33 02-10-2008, 04:47 PM Be more specific, some of us aren't watching it (can't watch it). What was said? Zorn went into detail about some of Campbells' strengths and talked about Jason having to squat so low at the LOS and being more explosive off the LOS. It was a great response and IMO his other responses to football based questions do show a great attention to detail. Skinny Tee 02-10-2008, 04:47 PM He is like our own version of Jason Garrett sans the playing with Skins during his career Zorn on the 4th of July 02-10-2008, 04:47 PM Yeah--the attention to detail is the biggest take-away I have from this briefing. Hopefully that attention will find its way to the defense and special teams as well. Gibbs was very much a big-picture guy, and the catch phrases over the last few years have been stuff like "character" and "a Redskin-type guy." I'm so happy to be hearing about the center squatting too low. I'm psyched to have a head coach that doesn't have to take a knee during field goal attempts. The more I think about it, the more I think that DS sees Zorn as what Spurrier was suppose to be. A guy that provides a spark to the offense while leaving the defense alone, WHILE still being a leader for the team. jsarno 02-10-2008, 04:53 PM Zorn went into detail about some of Campbells' strengths and talked about Jason having to squat so low at the LOS and being more explosive off the LOS. Maybe he's a member here. LOL. Did he mention anything about who he prefers for OC, or what we will do about the OC position? |
