i dont recall any of you talking about this but if so then just delete or whatever.

What do you think about Lloyd being hooked up with a new coach and a new offensive scheme? do you guys think he will have any value as far as our team?? It seems to be a good story that nobody is talking or writing about that i know of. Will he thrive in a hybrid west coast offense that zorn will be running? did he and gibbs just really not get along? Would the new coach want to start over with lloyd? will they get along? i personally hate the SOB and hope to see him fail everything in his life but the "what if " factor has taken over. And it sucks to think about how we paid for him to get pretty much nothing out of him. So do you guys think we try to see what he can do with a new HC and a new OC with a whole new scheme?

I think he's gone. Plain and simple. It's not a bad thread, but the Redskins have been waiting to release this guy for a while so I'd count on Lloyd being gone.

he costs too much for too little production. He is gone. Cap casualty

I seriously believe no matter which regime we have in Washington, Brandon Lloyd is probably toast. There is that outside chance that he could shine in the West Coast Offense, but if that's the case he wouldn't have left San Fran (I assume they still run the WCO?)

is he actually that expensive to keep? By cutting him, we'd have to pay out the rest of his signing bonus this year right? while I too am sick of him, perhaps a new head coach, system, coordinator, etc may be able to find some use...

See if he can function in the new system is my take.

I was going to say the same thing, hes way too expensive to cut so I think he gets a second chance with the new regime. He has a chance to get in good with a brand new coach. I not only expect him to be here next season I expect production. I want at least 700 yards and 8 TDs but we'll have to wait and see.

Problem is that the 'system' was not B. Lloyd's problem. It's his attitude, his work ethic, and his relationship with pretty much every member of the team. Later.

And I want my student loans paid off. The chances of that happening in the next year is much greater than B. Lloyd catching 8 tds next year ... or the rest of his career frankly.
