This loss was huge for the Patriots. How will they handle having an almost perfect season and losing it in the SB? Will there be any psychological effects or confidence and arrogance loss? Stay tuned.

Brady's gonna go home and bang Gisele Bundchen so... it probably won't be that bad... In all honesty, they looked old at linebacker in this game. Bruschi getting trucked by Jacobs pretty much said it all. Experience is great but if every linebacker is too old to physically dominate, it shows. I'd say they make some significant personnel changes on d.

How will they handle it? Well, they should come to the conclusion that "cheaters never win", however, they will likely point the finger at refs or something. They are arrogant, and they showed it with that 4th and 13 play when they should have gone for the 48 yard field goal attempt. That play could have cost them the game.

Maybe she'll dump him and go after Eli. :)

They have some potential issues on defense. I know it has been fashionable to applaud the wit and wisdom of their LB corps but eventually the fact that they are all old is going to really show. I think it has a little this year in fact and it will only get worse. Their secondary is only decent beyond Samuel. Their D line is damn good but in a 3-4 that isn't quite as important.

On offense they are one Randy Moss away from being average at wideout and he's a free agent to be following a record breaking year. Their line looked pretty porr tonight but in general they are good.

I suspect that they'll lose some games next year because people will figure out to simply take away Brady's options in Welker and Faulk by jamming them hard at the line. They'll drop a safety to ladder cover Moss and no one else is uncoverable by a LB.

They'll win a lot of games next year but maybe only 12 if Moss doesn't resign and maybe 14 if he does. They'll be good either way.

Moss kind of disappeared in the post season. I definitely wouldn't break the bank for him at this point...

Well, that is true, however being doubled on every play, and not having balls thrown your way because others are open is not his fault. Someone should break the bank for him, he showed he's the best WR in the game again. He helped a team go 18-1. That's impressive.

He was accounted for heavily in everyone's game plan. Any defense in the league can take away a weapon if they want. The question is what they risk to do so and how the offense exploits the resulting weaknesses.

I bet Belichek ripped the entire team a new one.

They will cry like little pups who are accustomed to getting the most glorious breast milk in the world and wake up one day and poof there is no more sweet big titty in their face to suck on.
