Edwards, Giuliani clear path to White House for rivals - Yahoo! News (http://news.yahoo.com/s/afp/20080130/pl_afp/usvote_080130195355)
Well. Now it's all a matter of, who (if anyone) they decide to endorse and if not. Who's going to pick up a majority of those votes?

I don't know who will pick up Edwards' votes. As for the GOP, McCain is going to get most of Rudy's supporters. Rudy's supporters tended to be more independent and concerned with foreign policy, which favors McCain.

I wonder if Edwards would accept a VP offer?
I'm disappointed in Giuliani's campaign. Not because I wanted him to win, I didn't. But I feel kind of robbed. I don't know how to explain it but it was such a horribly run campaign that I feel like he wasted all our time and made a joke of the whole process. What a waste of a campaign he ran.

Looks like (at least for now) McCain will run away with the GOP nomination. The fact that the Florida primary was all republican kind of solidifies McCain over Romney.
The Democratic debate tomorrow night is certainly going to be one hell of a debate to watch.

Another question: I guess another hot button topic I'm interested in is the racial divide that the campaign run is causing (between Democrats at least) and of course the media does it's best to hype it up as much as possible and it's making me crazy and I'm starting to fall victim to it.
But I would like to know how minorities on the site (Anyone who doesn't identify themselves as White) feel about the democrats campaign regardless of what party you identify with. White people can respond too. :D I just really wanna know how other minorites feel about all this in regards to race. Maybe other people don't see a racial divide or that 1 candidate is playing up to minorites more than another....?

I wonder if someone is dumb enough to choose him as VP.

Bill is certainly not shy about alluding to Obama's race. So much for the notion that Rove and Co. have a monopoly on dirty politics. Billary and Obama are definitely doing a lot of damage to their party's chances in the general election.

I don't think Edwards would be a bad choice for VP. As sad as it is, Obama and Clinton could benefit from having a Southern white male running mate.

Edwards dropping out should help Obama and of course Kennedy's endorsement isn't too shabby either. This is all very interesting development.
As for Mr. 911, good riddance and don't let the door hit you on your way out.

I don't think a lot of people are paying attention to the Kennedy's endorsement at least from what I can tell. My friend's parents went far enough to say, "All the Kennedy's are drug addicts" and of course "drug addicts" can't be trusted.
I get the feeling that Edwards might throw his support behind Clinton though.
