While we all rip each other apart about the head coaching position, and we rip our owner. Let us not forget how well Mr. Daniel Snyder handled the death of Sean Taylor. Before you add your two cents on the head coaching situation... reflect on how close we were as family, friends, and of course of course fans and we united during that terrible day. Thanks
I've also included my fave highlight mix on the web, music is a little off color at beginning but gets good when you see Taylor Vs. Minnesota Moss.

Can't say enough about the life of #21. I've watched as many clips as possible of Sean Taylor. I saw almost every home game of his as well. He was magic. He is missed. Forever will live #21!

While I agree about how the redskins handled that tradgedy, it has nothing to do w/ their inneptitude in picking a coach.

Yeah, and Dan sure did go a good job of tearing that "family" apart...

http://www.thewarpath.net/images/icons/icon3.gif It all started with Gibbs, not Dan.
The reason all this is happening is because Gibbs resigned, but God forbid anyone point that out, after all it's Joe Gibbs (insert halo here).
Give me a break, Snyder has been forced to react to a situation that blind-sided him. Personally I think he's handled it well so far, as well as can be expected. But obviously not fast enough, and never good enough for most fans I've seen weigh in on the matter.
I just don't see how you can say he is tearing that "family" apart. Big changes were inevitable once Gibbs stepped up to the podium and decided to call it quits.
