Redskins Mayor Trying To Get Team Back To D.C.

Forgive me for asking, considering I haven't lived in Maryland since '92 but is this the same guy that got caught smoking crack before getting re-elected?

Ditto to what the others said. We've had a couple of mayors since then and one of them was responsible for the Redskins leaving in the first place, IMO.
