Insider websites?

I'm living in pittsburgh and I go to college, and while here at school I have come across some great Pittsburgh based insider pages, either blogs, or small websites. They have turned out to be pretty valid.

Is there anything like that for the DC/Baltimore Sports scene? other than fan forums?
