I still don't understand this thinking that Suisham needs competition in camp.

He was 29/35 (29 FGs was tied for 5th best in the NFL) and was 14th in the NFL in scoring with 116 points.

And for that he needs to be challenged for his job??We could use a guy who could kick the ball past the ten yard line on kickoffs.

And so could the Colts. They even play in a dome.

But if you isolate field goal kicking (which you aren't supposed to do unless your punter handles KO duties or you have a kickoff specialist), Suisham was as good as one could have wanted this season.

I'll add something to the mix - Big Red. Albright had another fantastic year, noted by the fact that he received zero press coverage. It's a huge help to the entire special teams when you know that the ball is going to be in the right spot at the right time.
