Very true. A lot of Cowboys fans are excited about next year, and none of them seem to understand the significance of this offseason in terms of losing valuable coaches. They might be in for a rude awakening next season.

Pardon me please for pushing this thread back to the top. but I have a question about the Dolphins hiring Tony Sparano. I did not hear, or read anywhere where they conducted interviews in accordance with the (Rooney Rule) Does anyone know whether the Dolphins are in compliance, or in violation of the rule?

I heard that as well, that discussion was taking place during the course of questions being raised as to whether they are hiring within the rules established by the league. No one seems to recall names of anyone interviewed, or when. I'm just curious like many others are.
