A big F U goes out to people who do things half-assed. Whether it's putting furniture together, hanging a painting on the wall, or writing software code. If you're going to do something put in the time and do it right for god sake. A special F U goes out to Greg Brown for the wonderfully shitty 3'rd grade code he wrote and I have to clean up and fix.
Another rant brought to you by saden1.

Lol, hope Greg doesn't stumble across this.

Amen to this. This could precede every F thread we've ever had.
Typically, it's the half-assed people are the ones pissing us off.

Clearly you people have forgotten the message once sang by the greatest nanny of all time, Shary Bobbins:
[Shary Bobbins]
If there's a task that must be done,
Don't turn your tail and run
Don't pout! Don't sob!
Just do a half-assed job!
If you cut every corner,
It's really not so bad.
Everybody does it,
Even Mum and Dad.
If nobody see it, then nobody gets mad!
[Bart] It's the American way!
[Shary Bobbins] The policeman on the beat needs some time to rest his feet.
[Chief Wiggum] Fighting crime is not my cup of tea!
[Shary Bobbins] And the clerk who runs the store can charge a little more for meat!
[Apu] For meat
[Shary Bobbins] And milk
[Apu] And milk!
[Shary Bobbins & Apu]
From nineteen-eighty-four!
[Shary Bobbins] If you cut every corner, you'll have more time for play!
[Shary Bobbins & the Simpsons] It's the American way!

I'll just add, "F half-ass people who don't realize they do things half-ass."

I had a witty response almost typed up but gave up instead.
Weird you mention that, because I've spent the last week rebuilding a website from scratch after the last designer who was supposed to do it totally borked it and somehow managed to just float on to another project and leave the rewrite to me.
How is it that people who lack talent manage to survive in corporate America and kind of float around, while the people WITH talent get left doing all the dirty work?

Yup, stupid floaters! They get by with buzz words and fancy talk without substance.
