Snyder's interviews reportedly can go on for 10-12 hours which leaves me wondering... what in the hell goes on during these marathon interview sessions?

I once had a 4 hour interview for a job, but it was split up between several different groups of people, but either way it was very mentally draining.

I'd love to be a fly on the wall during a Snyder interview.

They must go top to bottom throughout the entire organization - scouts to players to coaches, individually. That's the only reason I would think it could possibly last that long.

Hour 1-More of a "get to know you" session. Where do you see yourself in five years, what are your strengths and weaknesses, things of that nature

Hours 2 through 4-Spent on offense, defense, and special teams philosophies. One hour for each unit

Hour 5-break for lunch

Hour 6-Call LaVar, get his opinion on everything

Hour 7-Evaluate the coaching staff, changes Williams may/may not want to make

Hour 8-Make a phone call to Cody Boyd, beg him to come back

Hour 9-Discuss possible contract terms

Hour 10-Watch continuous loop of T.O. crying, point and laugh

Hour 11-Roll up a blunt, light it up, and read the "Question 3" thread

Hour 12-Dinner

LOL nice

Maybe they add in a little Madden, they probably sim through some seasons so Snyder can see how GW runs a franchise. You know the important things, like how much GW charges for hot dogs and foam fingers.

Well yeah, they usually order in burgers from Johnny Rockets and have dinner while playing Madden. Sometimes it goes into the 13th hour

Ridiculous, if anyone thinks that it will take only one hour to read the "Question 3" thread.

LOL - Hilarious thread.

That is a really, really long interview. I imagine there's discussion of coaching philosophy, allowing the coach to present how he envisions running the team. Then the part that probably takes so long is the coach explains what changes he'd like to make, and Danny and Vinny discuss with him how they can fit that into the way they do things. For Williams, there will probably be significant back-and-forth about player acquisition and what would be expected of Gregg.
