This is ridiculous... I hate the GD off season.

Based on Synder's mentality of making money I think I know what he is diong. I believe that Grimm will be the head coach, Saunders sticks around to be the offensive coordinator and the guy from Tennessee to handle the defense since G Williams will leave since he was not named the head coach. Synder used Gibbs to win and most important to market the Skins. What better way to keep doing this than by hiring one of the all-time great Skins. I actually believe that this is what happening. What do you guys think? Am I on to something here?

---Remember Schwartz was a disciple of GW, maybe Snyder came to GW and they decided to go after this guy to take over the defense.
