I love this kind of crap! To add a little more:

Old coach leaves after 4 years
New coach was a top Defensive coordinator who failed as a Bills head coach

Ha, although Wade Phillips actually didn't fail as the Bills' head coach. His worst season with the Bills was an 8-8 season. The other two were 10-6 and 11-5.
