He is a Free Agent, and him and Landry could do some damage back there. It may be the thing we need, he could be a mentor to younger guys in the secondary like Landry and Rogers, instantly make our Defense from a B to an A. The difference is that there has been some talk about a potential that Cincy could trade Chad and I've not heard anything about Reed. I really don't want this to happen, but for what it's worth I actually think Philadelphia would be an ideal landing spot if the Bengals did end up moving Chad.
