Certainly the San Diego Chargers, because of Norv Turner. Norv is such a good and decent man, with such an exceptional talent, and I hope he wins the Super Bowl.
So Now Who Do You Root For?Oakland Red 01-14-2008, 05:34 AM Certainly the San Diego Chargers, because of Norv Turner. Rivers has really shown his ass as of late. I just hope the rest of the team doesn't condone that baby ass behavior. Giants, NO Pats, Hell NO. Gotta go with the Packers. Giants, NO Pats, Hell NO. Gotta go with the Packers. I always liked and rooted for the Chargers. He makes it REALLY hard to do. Did you see him fighting with some guy in the stands?! Sure, the guy probably started it, but that happens EVERYWHERE, you have to rise above that. lespaul 01-14-2008, 09:55 AM I always liked and rooted for the Chargers. He makes it REALLY hard to do. Like you said REALLY hard to pull for them these days, and he's the lone reason. I let it slide after the Denver game. I just chalked it up to emotion, but after yesterday I chalk it up to immature stupidity. It's silly when an elite player talks smack and Rivers certainly hasn't reached that level yet. Probably never will. SouperMeister 01-14-2008, 10:21 AM Brett Favre and The Pack. A better question is who do I root against: Dallas and New England.Seeing Dallas choke away the #1 seed made my day. I'm still pulling hard for the Packers next week at Lambeau. Sheriff Gonna Getcha 01-14-2008, 11:47 AM I always liked and rooted for the Chargers. He makes it REALLY hard to do. Did you see him fighting with some guy in the stands?! Sure, the guy probably started it, but that happens EVERYWHERE, you have to rise above that. Rivers seems like an ass. He was jawing a few weeks ago on the sidelines after the Chargers had wrapped the game up. He was jawing yesterday with fans. He told his own fans to STFU when they booed him. The guy also just looks like a turd. Sheriff Gonna Getcha 01-14-2008, 11:47 AM I'm really pulling for a Chargers-Giants super bowl. I really do not like the other three teams. How can you not like the Packers? Great fans, a great QB, a storied franchise, etc. SmootSmack 01-14-2008, 11:52 AM Rivers seems like an ass. It's like watching Ryan Leaf all over again Redskin 01-14-2008, 11:56 AM Go Packers, no body can root against Grandpa skinsfan69 01-14-2008, 12:03 PM It's like watching Ryan Leaf all over again OMG I HATE RIVERS. Dude has no class what so ever. He just can't keep his mouth shut and play. Someone needs to talk to him behind closed doors and tell him to stop acting like he's still at NC State. You don't see all the other QB's acting like that. I hope NE beats the crap out of SD next week. He's been acting like a bitch since he was in college. I remember when NC State was playing MD. and he almost got his ass beat by Merriman after a game. He was running his mouth to alot of the MD. defenders and Merriman had to be held back from killing the guy. It's funny now cause they're teammates. I know alot those guys on SD still wish they had Brees. Better QB and a much classier guy. |
