Darrell Green. Hands down. No Question.

John Riggins

For me, the run against the Dolphins is the greatest Redskins moment in my lifetime.

There are many others right there.

Sonny, Larry Brown, Charley Taylor, Darrell Green, Monte Coleman, Art Monk, Gary Clark, Russ Grimm, Pete Wysocki to name a few.

I was thinking of this just today. It is Sean Taylor. I saw Riggon, Green, Theisman, all the Hogs, Joe Washington...you name it....well, not Sammy Baugh. But definitely Taylor.

Probably Earnest Byner, slightly over Joe Washington and Shawn Springs

All-Time well since I've only been a Redskin fan since 2004 I have to say it was Sean Taylor.

And I assume we're talking about just players. Because if not then it's unequivocally Joe Gibbs

Sean Taylor. I wasn't coherent enough in the 80's/early 90's to really appreciate the Redskins for how great they were back then. I pretty much have only seriously started following since 2000 and since then, it's been all Sean. Followed by Chris Cooley. The guy has true Redskin tattooed all over him.

Riggo is my favorite all-time. Seeing Jacoby and Grimm pull for him on counter trey was a sight to behold. 70-Chip is my most joyous moment as a sports fan. Others on my list would include Monk, Green, Clark, Mann, and Jacoby from the Gibbs years of glory.

Without question, Sean Taylor was my favorite player during Gibbs 2.0. Watching him this season, I thought we were witnessing the evolution of a player who someday would be called the greatest safety ever.
