Personally I would keep Wade around for depth.

With out a doubt Bugel deserves a ton credit for the run we made in Dec. The O line is playing great right now and a huge reason for that is the great job Bugel has done coaching.

Who wanted to give Bugel the BOOT?

Buges is the unsung hero of this year's coaching staff. He has the reserves on the right side playing like starting quality O-linemen. We never would have made this playoff run without his patchwork unit.

My apologies to Joe Bugel for suggesting he retire. I read somewhere that he is also dealing with his daughter fighting cancer, my prayers are with him and his family.

Personally I would keep Wade around for depth.Tackle depth is cheap though. We can probably find a guy a lot better on the free agent market for the money we would save by releasing Wade.

Heyer is also going to be depth next year, so the need for tackle depth isn't as great. I would be shocked if we didn't use at least one mid round or better pick on an interior lineman.

Buges has gotten Fabini to friggin' straight up play ball and has developed unknown Stephon Heyer into a potential starter next year. He is Merlin when it comes to the O line.
