Skins vs. Steelers. My husband and I will be going to that one. Of course, he'll have to leave that terrible towel at home.

No way... you have to bring the terrible towel! Just be sure to hand it to the largest hairiest skins fan as he's entering the port-a-jon! He'll know what to do ;)

'Skins and Steelers...I'mma do my damnedest to be at that game.
Giants go to Pittsburgh next season. My brother is a steelers fan, we are going to go out for that game. He likes all the Pittsburgh teams. We've been out for Rangers-Pens 5 times and Mets-Pirates last season.

I had a bunch of friends from Cleveland when they Ravens left. Think about it, the city gave the Indians a new park, paid to build the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, paid for renovations on the Gund Arena, and then said no to the Browns. Of course, after they left, the city was more than happy to build a new stadium for an expansion team.

Yeah, that made absolutely no sense. Way to go city of Cleveland.

They should thank their lucky stars that the league allowed them to have their colors and nickname back. I wonder why they didn't do the same for Houston?

As for the D.C. - Baltimore rivalry, they say it was pretty heated when the Colts were still there. That was way before I started paying attention to football though.

We only played them once every 3 seasons, and the rivalry with Dallas was already firmly established by the late 60's / early 70's.

As for the the schedule, looks pretty nice on paper.

Is there much of a Skins-Ravens rivalry? Giants-Jets is pretty non-existant. I used to have a Football computer game that allowed you to create your own league. I remember I went East-West ala hockey and basketball. Put Jets and Giants in same division along with Skins and Ravens, san fran oakland, any of your natural geographic rivalries.

I think there is. I go to a pretty newly co-ed school (used to be all girls, so its still mostly girls there) and those chicks are nuts for the Ravens and they absolutely cannot stand anything that has to do with the Redskins and they aren't very classy about it either.

I think there would be more of a rivalry if the Ravens were actually in the NFC. Then it would be pretty interesting.

But I think it's kinda like how when the Orioles play the Nats. Its just a rivalry because the teams are so close in location. Kinda like "Whose the best beltway team".

I mean don't people in NY lose their minds when the Yanks play the Mets?

I like the schedule, but then again teams can change in one off season. Last year did you fear a team like 8-8 pittsburgh? No. But you do now. And last Year Baltimore was
13-3 and they finished 5-11. Out of those 2 divisions, I'd expect that we get at least one team with a large improvement.

skins-ravens is a VERY one way rivalry. baltimore cares, DC doesn't know the raven's actually exist.

Do mine eyes deceive me or is the streak broken?

Are we really NOT playing the Bucs next season?

The away game at Seattle isn't looking so promising anymore, unless of course there is major revenge on tap.
