Heely's

I've seen some kids rolling around on them and dane cook sporting them in that movie where he worked at costco, and thought they were kind of cool...

I bought some for my daughter for christmas and now I think they're even cooler. I got some crocks for christmas I need to take back because they're the wrong size and I'm hetero... (j/k to all you crock fans)

I'm seriously debating making the exchange for a pair of heely's for myself...

Anyone have a pair? Any interesting opinions on them?

Do you have stars stuck on your ceiling in your room? Earrings from Claire's, and a poster of New Kids on the Block as well?

Seriously though, isn't there some sort of age maximum for those things (Dane Cook aside)?

that's what everyone is saying, but they make them up to men's 13, which is my size... lol.

I've never seen adults on heelys. I was tempted to buy some cause they sell adult sizes at Journeys but then I remembered how I am a total klutz and will probably end up breaking my ass and thought otherwise.

Crocs have got to be the ugliest shoes I've ever seen. As a female I probably would never wear them out unless I worked a desk job where no one would have to see my feet. But the people that I know who have them say they are incredibly comfortable.

I'm with you on this one canthetuna. While I won't buy them, I am tempted to because they look like a lot of fun. That said, yeah, unless you're a child, it's probably not going to go over well...

I've seen grown men wearing them in the mall...it's kinda weird. My boy has them mainly because his kids have them so he claims...what I'm saying is mask your shame by making sure you wear them when your kids are wearing them :) Also, Murphy's Law dictates that you not carry your kids while wearing them.

Speaking of kids' shoes, what's up with those obnoxiously loud and squeaky shoes kids are wearing these days? Are parents using them as some sort of tracking device or are they just trying to annoy the hell out of other people?

They're banned at the malls in my area (or maybe it's the metro, I forget). They were obviously thinking of kids wearing them, so I'd love to see a grown man get busted for it!

Do what makes you happy. If you want them get them. Who cares what anyone else thinks. You and your daughter can wear them together. I think that would be awesome.

Speaking of stars on the ceiling. In my dorm room there are stars on my ceiling. i didn't notice for like 4 weeks and then one day i guess i looked up and there were like 20 glowing stars up there. Weird.

Im not so much worried about what people think... I was looking for quality reviews or safety concerns... things like that...

I pick them up tomorrow... one pair for me and one for the wife... I'll post some funny videos from the hospital!
