Lets see....no flag.....no penalty.....no fine......and that hit was illegal how? Oh because Nicknack said so!

Even Aikman said so. It was helmet to helmet. It should've been a penalty.

Are you arguing that it wasn't helmet-to-helmet? Or that it wasn't "unnecessary"? Or are you arguing that helmet-to-helmet isn't a penalty?

Ol' Roy does know the proper way to tackle, he chooses the easy, dangerous way instead, plain and simple. I hope the NFL makes it a stiffer penalty and suspension next time. Listen, my son started mighty mite (7-9yr)
football this past year and the one drill they did the most was...... you guessed it, tackling, the proper way, so as to reduce the chance of injury. Maybe Ol'Roy needs to go back to pee wee football basic, fundemental tackling drills.

I dont believe it was helmet to helmet. It appears that Hamlin is turning his body going in and makes contact with his right shoulder. But that is one mans opinion. Just like you have yours, and yes Aikman has his.

But the point I was trying to make, is there is no doubt the NFL League offices has reviewd this hit over and over again trying to determine if there is cause for discipline or a fine. And no fine has come down, the coach and team have not recieved any warnings from the NFL, and it appears the NFL finds nothing wrong with the hit, it was legal. The apparent non-action of the league with regard to this play indicates that.

All this talk about Roy Williams, but I'm surprised the nfl didn't hit D. Ware w/ a fine after he body slammed Kitna. That was after Newman made his comments about having $ to pay for anyone's fine.

The NFL DID fine DeMarcus Ware 12,500 for that body slam on Kitna.

Oh you mean like Ken Hamlin did on Sunday?

YouTube - Ken Hamlin blows up Matt Schobel (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i7-_E5hNuz0)

He should be suspended for that hit..

No story here, Williams' tackle was dirty...he's knows its illegal, yet he's done it many times...he forced the league to suspend him by not changing his methods.
