Too bad our line is so messed up...otherwise, this kind of weather would play right into our hands. I wouldn't be suprised to see 15 Betts carries and Portis with 10 for this game...especially since Betts practices with Collins all the time and because he is a north south runner

Wind is always a big factor in the Meadowlands. Our O-line better be ready to run block better than they have the past month.

It's not gonna be pretty. We absolutely CANNOT settle for FGs in this one. The swirling winds are gonna make kicking conditions miserable. Eeesh.
The wind at Giants Stadium is not what it used to be. The stadium used to be somewhat open at the endzones. Not open in the sense of a converted baseball stadium, but behind the seats and concourses. However, they recently closed it off, and the wind has been cut down tremendously. A friend has season tickets in section 125, which is in the lower corners and years ago, he used to get a bitter cold draft behind him. Doesnt happen anymore. Not sure my post makes sense if you are reading it in English, sorry for that.

This is a totally random thought but: could a team use a snow machine and a really big fan to prepare their players for inclimate weather (the same way you might dunk footballs in water during practice)?
I think it might be helpful, especially for kickers!

The weather wasn't so good last week, and the meadowlands is smaller. Less noise in that stand point, not to mention that they are likely in already.
