20-16 skins
Skins vs. Giants predictionsVTSkins897 12-14-2007, 04:35 PM 20-16 skins BDBohnzie 12-14-2007, 04:37 PM Film of collins? I don't think film of a backup coming in midway through a game counts. Saunders now has 10 days to work with collins.....the Giants have no idea of what the skins are gonna do. That doesnt necessarily mean the skins will win, but it definitely is an advantage. While 10 days is a long time, it still doesn't take into consideration that our offensive line is down to bare bones, and the Giants have 2 of the better DEs in the league. Plus the Skins run game is non-existent right now. So, they will rely heavily on a guy who's 37 and has 1 start this century under his belt. 10 days or not, Collins showed some weaknesses last Thursday during the Bears game. I expect a good defense like the Giants to pick up on them. It's only natural that I hope I'm completely wrong... Giantone 12-14-2007, 04:47 PM Trivia question,Joe Gibbs has been shut out twice as the Head coach of the Skins can you name the teams? Ocliw 12-14-2007, 04:53 PM ummmm.. BDBohnzie 12-14-2007, 04:54 PM NY Football Giants 1986 NFC Championship Game, 17-0 (I was 6, and cried my eyes out after this game...damn wind) and NY Football Giants, 2005 Mara Bowl, 36-0 However, do not expect a shutout this weekend... Dlyne8r 12-14-2007, 06:39 PM Sorry Warpath Nation, but we aren't playing 'Da Bearz again this weekend...my pick unfortunately: Vagiants 27 - 'Skins 10 GTripp0012 12-14-2007, 06:54 PM Why is there a perception that the Giants are all that much better than the Bears? They are a little better...like they have a running game. But that's pretty much where it ends. davy 12-14-2007, 07:06 PM Skins 16-24 Giants EternalEnigma21 12-14-2007, 08:11 PM Why is there a perception that the Giants are all that much better than the Bears? They are a little better...like they have a running game. But that's pretty much where it ends. they are better than the bears. they have plax, who's been inconsistent lately, but was right there in the conversation with to and moss earlier in the year, and can still be a threat especially to a depleted secondary. We played against the bears backup and the giants have the "unstoppable" eli manning. (hehehe) they have shockey and a run game and a pretty active front seven, which will go a long way in countering our best play makers. If we can get our receivers involved in the game we definitely have a shot, but Im just not sure with a suffering running game and todd collins we have much of a chance. I hope we do, but the deck is definitely stacked against us. Very good ,nope I don't expect that at all .I believe the weather will play a big role in this game..I;ll go ..27-24 Giants but a very tight game.Look for Shockey and Tyree to help a lot. |
