If Madden gets a vote, it won't be the Redskins. He probably thinks one Redskins game on NBC is too many. He hates us, he hates Joe Gibbs. Of course if it were his call, NBC would only show Packers games, much like they do with Notre Dame on Saturdays. (that worked out real well for them this year)

For my part, I say leave it on Fox. That "Football Night in America" show is a veritable Creature Cantina of rejects and ne'r do wells. Costas - awful. Collingsworth - awful. Tiki- awful. Olbermann - looks like one of those creepy posters at the eye doctor's office. The Redskins are the only thing that can compel me to watch this hideous network and if we could limit that to once, it would be for the best.

NBC's halftime crew may be bad, but at least the game won't be on NFLN. Gumble almost makes the games unwatchable.

Did you see the halftime show yesterday? I wanted to punch Collinsworth in the face

Costas: Chris, let's talk about the NFC Wild Card race. Who gets in?

COllinsworth: <<leans back in his chair and laughs>> I don't know. But hey let's talk about Tony Romo

Ugh! That wasn't the question!

Eventually he got to the question but still...

I didn't see it. There are only two announcers that I don't have any complaints about at this point. Troy Aikman because he goes out of his way to play it straight and be objective and Don Criqui because he's been at it so long his voice reminds me of my childhood.

"What about Joe Buck?", some might ask. He says "into the arms of" way too often. As in "Bledsoe's pass tipped by Daniels into the arms of Cornelius Griffin." He says it 3 to 4 times a game with a rising vocal emphasis on "arms" like he's saying "W eeeeeeeuuuuNBC!" Petty perhaps on my part but there it is.

First we've got to win on Sunday versus the G-men. I'm not sure, but I think NBC has to announce the flex move 12 days out, so if it happens it will be before we play that game. Bills-Giants would not be a good game to flex, who's going to watch that outside of the state of NY?

JLC says the deal is done:
Sunday Night Toddball

The NFL just announced a change on the Dec. 23 Sunday night match. Evidently, Tampa Bay-San Fran doesn't float their boat any more and they've opted to move the Redskins' game in Minnesota to 8:15 p.m. So reset your clocks: this means the next two Sunday night games will feature the Redskins.

Too exciting..... Now we have to take care of the Giants...

God the NFC is horrible. If this is all they got well...

I guess its better than the Colts-Ravens laugher last night. What was it 27-0 1st quarter?
