How can a tendon get dislocated? It connects to bone in two places. It can't just get up and leave.

I think he probably dislocated his knee and tore his patella tendon which is really bad... may be the worst thing he could do.

It's got to be torn, or maybe it's the patella that's dislocated.

Tendons lay in a certian area when at rest, so I guess it could mean that the tendon is out of it's groove... That's pure speculation though.
