I just saw Drew Rosenhauses speech and I have to say that was the fakest speech I've ever seen. While watching it I couldn't help but think that the guy was using the oppurtunity to show his "sensitive side" in an effort to gain more high profile clients. I think if you watch his speech about midway through it he saw that his crying was a little over the top and he ended up bringing it down a notch.
I knew someone was bound to bring this up. Personally I think he was for real. He may be a jerk but I don't doubt that he was upset. He's pretty close with his 'U' guys.

I know he's a jerk and I don't like the way he does business, but I think that was just him trying to honor Taylor the best way he knew how. He came off to me as trying too hard but give him a break, trying to make a speech for someone of Taylor's popularity isn't exactly an easy task.

Are you serious?!?! Did you ever see his stats for the 2002 and 2001 year. 99 tackles in '01, 3 INTs, 1 TD.
95 tackles in '02, 11 sacks, 1 TD.

Edit: Wasn't Marshall Faulk the best running back in the league in '01?
Rich Gannon was the MVP in '02.

No. I can't really say he was the best running back...but his best years were between '98 and '01.

I fixed my post, but my point remains the same, five seasons will have past since 2002. You can't compare LaVar in '02 to him now.

I'm not saying you can. But Marshall Faulk isn't a terrible football player. I'm sure there aren't a lot of people that would say that...so you can't say that about LaVar either.
