Maybe this isn't thread worthy, but I was just watching Monday night football and, yet again, during the moment of silence it sounded like 30-50 drunk assholes couldn't keep their fucking mouths shut for 60 seconds. I couldn't believe that it happened at the Skins game and I'm just as surprised now, with a game played not that far from Landover. I don't care what the motivation, if there is a moment of silence held out of respect for someone, SHUT THE FUCK UP....

BTW- Did anyone else notice Ray Lewis look like he wanted to go up into the stands and find whoever was yelling?

That's messed up. I wish Lewis had gone up in the stands and kicked some ass.

Well I'm not surprised by the actions of Ravens fans, I could clearly hear "The Redskins Suck", because they hate the Redskins. But some things should transcend sports. Respect for human life should be one of them.

I heard a lot of respectful moments of silence yesterday. But I didn't hear it at FedEx where I should have heard it...or better said, not heard. No matter what people were hollring, point is (imo) they should have said nothing.

And Lewis definitely looked pissed

Unfortunately we live in a society where a lot individuals don't have values, lack respect and are just complete ASSHOLES!!! Too bad Ray couldn't go in the stands and beat some disrespectful ass.

Talk about respect, you should have heard the asshole's behind us at the game. They were Bills fans and they couldn't shut up, laughing during the moment of silence, etc. All they did was damn the Redskins the whole game, and they were ignorant about to. Comments like Campbell's to SMALL, moss sucks, portis sucks, and at the end he was like Campbell dosn't have the arm to throw it 70 yards, he's no Jim Kelly. I bit my tongue the whole damn game, and then I let him have it at the end even though we lost. I don't get it, if it was me I would have been pretty humble at a game like that other than clapping when we make a good play, instead of running my mouth the WHOLE game

The fact that VERY few A-holes (according to the new member SkinsFan4Life it was all of 3 people at FedEx) disrespect the moment of silence, the vast, vast majority are silent and thoughtful. I even saw a group of Ravens fans with a RIP in Sean Taylor sign, and the "Sean Taylor" was written in burgundy and gold. So in stadiums with tens of thousands of people, if a small handful of pricks act up it's unfortunate, but not representative of the fans as a whole. We're all emotional over Sean's passing, but I don't think it's worth getting too worked up about (the idiot fans I mean, not Sean's death). That said, if one of those few A-holes was right next to me, he/she would have gotten a nice STFU.

I completely agree. The respect for your fellow man is a thing of the past now.

I've never been to a major sporting event in my entire life where there weren't belligerent idiot fans of the opposition within ear shot. When he made the Jim Kelly comment you should have simply asked him how it worked out for him in FOUR STRAIGHT SUPER BOWL LOSSES!! What a bunch of morons.

I know this would be completely unpopular, but I wonder if they didn't serve alcohol at the games and didn't allow it on the premises if we'd be having this discussion? Not saying I'm for or against it, I'm just wondering outloud.

Anyone hear Ray Lewis saying Reed, McGahee and Lewis must play for Taylor tonight? God speed Ravens. I'd love to see Lewis make a big play and dedicate it to Taylor.
