pg86, who exactly are you talking about? I've been checking the Eagles official message board frequently and, save for a couple exceptions, I don't have issues with anything that has been said.

The official board may be fine and that is all good. I went to a site I had been to before - Concrete Field. These guys are the eagles fans that give them their bad rep. Their comments are just obscene.

2007 point & laugh at racist skins fans and their high hopes for a mediocre team (http://www.concretefield.com/forum/index.php?topic=19422.2060)

To all fans who have come here to express their condolences. Thank you.

Some of those people are the lowest forms of life. We should all add them in our prayers.

Wow, a whole bunch of a-holes on that Philly board, but really not surprising. Sad really.

Wow. Just wow. That was absolutely disgusting to read. It's a horrible thing to say and I regret this as I type it but I kind of want one of their own to die now and then just mock them repeatedly about it.

I can say that at the Giants MB the majority of them have shown sympathy and have nothing but good things to say. You have your few but as I said, most of them have said nothing but good will in their posts.

Hey guys I just came back from work today I was on the road the whole day and I just learn about the tragic, tragic news I'm speechless I just can't wrap what has happen today specially since last night when some good reports came in and I was here with you guys I really thought there was some hope.

It's a really sad day the world has lost a great individual, I know it's just football but this kid had heart, passion, leadership and determination, he always came out and gave it his all, never backed down and as a rival fan I always respected that about him.

We all need to take some of his qualities to our own life because he truly was a great individual even in his darkest times he came out and tried to become a better person, teammate, football player and recently father.

My condolences to you guys, his family, friends, teammates and the whole Redskins community from the bottom of my heart.

My only take is honor him, remember him, remember the passion he brought to the game, and how he humiliated everyone who messed in his space specially my cowboys, crayton has his helmet tattooed in his back forever.

This is a nice gesture by Roy Williams

DallasCowboys.com - News (http://dallascowboys.com/news.cfm?id=83CD054B-03AF-C243-16AD28D0296D02F4)

Cowboys safety Roy Williams said he plans to have his own tribute to Taylor, who like himself, was a top draft pick. Taylor went fifth overall to the Redskins in 2004 while Williams was the Cowboys' eighth overall pick in 2002.

"It's tragic. I'm wearing a (No.) 21 on the back of my helmet for the rest of the season," Williams said. "He's a great dude. I met him at the Pro Bowl and was impressed with him on the field and off the field. He really will be missed."

Knowing the NFL's tight rules on this kind of stuff he'll probably get seriously fined if his tribute extends beyond whatever period the NFL assigns to paying tribute to Taylor.

To everyone that follows the redskins or the nfl in general who are sadden by this situation my condolences go out to each and everyone of you. I have never been a skins fan but one thing that each and everyone of us that have feeling are hurt by this situation. It is defenitly a tragic day in the nfl. He brought alot to the table with his playing ability and his passion for the game.

Other than the little bit of personal things they have been saying I don't know much other than he seemed like a decent person. The sad thing is we as people take so much for granted thinking there will always be tomorrow. Well tomorrow is not promised for none of us.

My fondest memory personally my favorite was last years pro bowl when he jacked up that kicker in the game. Oh my god I jumped out of my chair and started going crazy. That memory I will never forget.

Taylor you will be missed not only by your family or the redskins and their fans but by all fans associated with the nfl.

Once again I offer my condolences to all that is affected by this situation.
