Here's a quote from Jason on a WP article:

"People wanted to know why I felt bad after last week's game. I felt bad because two weeks in a row, if we had beaten Philly and Dallas, we would have been in a much better position," he said. "I was so upset with anger. I wasn't crying, I had tears in my eyes because I was upset with anger that we had so many opportunities and we keep letting games slip away. It's not about my individual efforts. I don't care about that. I just want to win."

This is EXACTLY what's been absent from our team for so many years. EMOTION!!

I pretty much feel the same way. What's amazing is that the potential for a big emotional spark comes from the one guy who commentators all around the league describe as "serene" and "always calm and collected out there." Even when I've been down on the team as a whole this season Campbell has been the one guy I could point to and say "He's the real deal." I love this kid.

The other thing about the Dallas game I love is that Campbell completely rebounded from the brief stretch of less than stellar games he had earlier. To me, that is the best indicator of his character. Philly was a beginning for him but Dallas solidified his own "comeback" so to speak.

I wonder if Brandon Lloyd was crying after the loss

That's the difference between players. Campbell was involved gave his heart and poured emotion following the game. Brandon Lloyd is a punk ass bitch who will never play as a Redskin ever again. I blame Nolan for pawning him off on us, but Nolan will get his, when his snazzy suit guy look is showed the door just like so many before him. Lloyd will be lucky to find work. Campbell will be the Redskins QB for years to come. Emotion is good. Desire to win is a must. GO REDSKINS!!!

TO's tears reminid me of this a little. For the record TO is the only player I hate.

For everyone who thought JC was such a tough man for crying and now want to make fun of TO for doing the same (be it in a much more important game) can't really have it both ways, imo.

You can have it both ways because ones actions are so perpendicular to what is the norm and one is a rising QB with no smudges on his record

I have to agree that you can't have it both ways. I get the argument that TO is such a tool that he is always a target, but I also believe that unless you feel he was being disingenuous, you've got to appreciate the fact that he cares so much. I mean would you prefer that he came out with a self-centered comment like "I don't know about anyone else, but I did my job..." or something of that nature?

Sure you can. It's called being biased and loving the Redskins and hating the Cowboys.

We can be as irrational as we want. Is it wrong? Yup. Am I going to continue to be this way? You damn right.

Like I said in another thread, TO is a horrible human being and has proven this time and time again.

Summed it up pretty nicely.
