Not winning is something that is Redskin football now. Wow remembering the 80's and the three super bowl wins is all we have. There is something not right and what it is is something not even Gibbs can change. At times it hurts to watch the Redskins play. My 15 year old son has never seen a winning Redskin team....except two years ago bump in the road. That Giant loss was bad and watching the Philly loss a week ago hurt. But to days loss was what new? O well... same old Redskins. Time to get out that VCR tape of past games in the 80's!

It was a valiant effort yet we didn't win!
Cowboys will come to our home and we'll prolly whip the crap outta them...
But gotta make sure we win the games in between to make sure it matters...

Thank you Sandtrap. Thank you for being a stand up fan, and it's good to see some brotherly love between rival fans. Great game and I look forward to many games like this in the future, but obviously with a different outcome!!! HAIL!!!

agreed, we played much better than I though...happy to admit i was wrong (we didn't get blown out)...we were just a poor JC decision (or a dubious overturned ruling away) from winning...
disturbing that we lost another half time lead, but, overall, I about as pleased as can be expected from a loss

Great post Sandtrap. Yeah, the officiating was H-O-R-R-I-B-L-E. McIntosh picked that ball. Period. There were at least three times where our players went out of bounds and the clock did not stop.
That said, I will admit that the unneccessary roughness call on Demarcus Ware was BS.

Are you telling me you weren't proud of the way they played on Sunday? JC is a VERY young qb and is playing pretty damn good football at the games most important and challenging position. I don't think you can ever say that not winning is Redskin Football. Maybe Miami Dolphin football, but not Redskin football. Never.

I have to say, I'm proud that the Redskins were the better team on the field today. This time the score didn't show it, but thanks to sandtrapjack for saying the only thing that wouldn't piss me off tonight. ;)
Again, Romo no longer impresses me, he just totally chucks the ball up hoping that TO comes down with it. If Sean Taylor plays in this game, I have no question that the Redskins lay a total beat-down on the Cowboys. It was basically Washington vs. TO. On the positive side, defense looked great in the run game, looked great for the most part in the pass game and overall the offense looks like a team that belongs in the NFL.
Campbell showed strides that were leaps and bounds over what I would imagine him to show this year. If we continue to play like this, I have no doubt Washington and Dallas will meet again in the playoffs. Good game overall, and I love Nicole.
You are SOOO wrong on that one. It was "pick your poison" and Gibbs chose TO.
Witten in one of the leading the NFL TE's in receiving yards and touchdown receptions. Even Crayton has 5 TD's.
Our BENCH WARMER #3 on the depth chart, TE Tony Curtis has MORE TD's this season than any of the WR's for the Washington Redskins. Pick your poison bro.
If Washington would have doubled up on Owens, then Witten would have killed you just as much and you would be saying "It was basically Washington vs. Witten. Ditto for Crayton.
Again, Romo no longer impresses me, he just totally chucks the ball up hoping that TO comes down with it.
Over 65% completion percentage, 27 TD's and a triple digit QB rating, #3 in the NFL in passing yards, #2 in TD passes, #3 in QB Rating And #1 in all those categories in the NFC.......THE ONLY QB IN THE NFC WITH A TRIPLE DIGIT QB RATING! But yeah that is "just totally chucking it up there". NOT!

What the heck man!
Playing without Taylor and Rogers and still kept it close. I knew the D was good all season, but where was this offense?
This team would probably be sitting at 9-1 or 8-2 with this kind of offense.
What a drive by JC to score that last TD.
He is still going throw his what many would call "Rookie Mistakes" because if it wasn't for that INT at the end, who knows.
Man, I hope the play-off home-field advantage doesn't depend on the last game of the season. Dallas will have its hands full when it comes up here.
Very good and hard fought game.
Gibbs is that you???
LOL..................
This was definitely a hell of a game that finally showed millions of people what the Skins do when they are behind verses what they do when we are winning.
When the pressure was on ,JC was throwing 15 to 25 yard passes (One Handed Moss Catch) in efforts to hurry up and score.
The secret is definitely out that we have an awesome QB that can make all the throws. We have 6 games left and hopefully we can win them all. JC is a very smart QB and he'll continue to learn down the stretch and oh.........THE HURRY UP OFFENSE WORKS!!!!!!!
Cooley, Moss, El and McCardell did a hell of job! The O-Line did well, Special Teams did well and the Defense did well with the exception of "Prey-Lou" and Torrence.

It's classy posts like this that make my hatred for Dallas so complex...
Good point. I hate the Dallas Cowboys team but have always been able to deal with their fanbase. Philly and NY on the other hand, it's not the teams I hate nearly so much as the fans.
