It's very exciting to watch, you'll see...You make a good point. I don't think that will help the Redskins in the Cowboys game though. If they get too far behind, aint no catching em. But if they do try to pass alot and get something going, maybe that will help in the upcoming games.

That's an unfair comparison. Brady and Roethlisberger both played for great teams. Campbell compares quite favorably to young QBs of teams stuck in the mediocre middle of the NFL. Besides, the Skins are not a "medicre" team. The D is a really good one. Tell me which game did the D get blown out other than the NE game (which we all know can't be stopped). The offense is not helping out. Whether it is the play-calling, WRs or lack their of, or simply the coaching staff not seeing enough in JC in practice to take a chance during the game is a whole another issue.

The guys that replaced them didn't fall of the turnip truck, I am sure they played football before.

You are right the JC shouldn't be blamed for all the offensive shortcomings, but at least for some. Everyone tends to omit him from the blame game that goes around after a loss. He seems to be protected from any criticism.

About his execution, I just can't forget the wide open Moss who beat the Jets DB and JC simply overthrew him. Lloyd was open last game and could have had a touchdown if the ball was thrown better. Like I said before, JC throws those deep passes with one thing in mind "no INTs".

I just asked why compare him to those guys, do you want him to end up like any of those mentioned?Of that group, I only see Leinart possibly ending up on par with Campbell, since he has 2 great WRs plus a 6'8" TE that the Arizona offense is just beginning to discover. Give Campbell another year in this offense, and I believe you'll see him make that quantum leap. He threw the ball with accuracy and confidence against Philly, so I'm hoping Saunders/Gibbs start to give him more freedom to make plays.

I think JC has showed more a lot more promise than Leinart, Alex Smith, and Jay Cutler. He's certainly playing much better right now than Madden coverboy Vince Young. He has a rifle arm and is steadily improving. Plus, inside the redzone his numbers are spectacular. Brady-esque. Redzone: He has 9TDs passing, 1 rushing TD, 64% completions, 0 INTs, and a rating of 115.7. That's poise.

Peyton Manning threw 28 INTs in his first 16 games. Campbell has 19 TDs and only 13 INTs in his first 16. "When is he going to develop into a good QB" you ask? Umm, turn on the TV each Sunday. It's happening.

Without Taylor the defense is very average. The schemes we were using were designed around his abilities. It will be tough to deal with the Cowboys passing game with that limitation. I can't imagine a worse injury to have going in to this game.

If we are to have a chance we need Dallas to mail this one in like they did against Buffalo AND get some extra luck to go with it.

Is it just me, or does it seem that whenever we lose just one guy on defense everything falls apart? Last year it was Springs, and the D completely collapsed. Against Philly, Sean Taylor goes out, and the Eagles are running up and down the field practially at will.

Last year our D was awful, regardless of Springs. This year the D is really inconsistent and looks like it will have serious problems. Then again, they've got injuries to Rogers, Smoot, Taylor, Washington, and Griffin.
