Honestly, if Gibbs steps down, who will his replacement be? I can't think of anyone on the spot that makes any sense, and if Gibbs goes, we need someone who can do a good job stepping in. Could we get Art Shell as QB's coach? mooby 11-11-2007, 06:29 PM I don't know who I'd get to replace Gibbs, but it would be someone with somewhat same philosophies as him. The players are in place, but for whatever reason we aren't consistent. I would like that person to have some emotion, be willing to take risks, not so much run oriented but have a consistent balance between the run and the pass, not someone who's made a big name for himself somewhere else, maybe someone who's been an up and coming coordinator and now wants to try his shot at being a head coach.
